Sue provides analysis on ECM technologies, which includes digital asset management, web analytics, archiving, capture and scanning, case management, customer communications, and e-discovery. Her research provides insights into the issues facing organizations and how technology can enable better productivity. She has been an analyst for more than 23 years. Before joining Omdia, she worked as a computer programmer developing a range of systems, including a purchasing system providing links between disparate systems.
