Jo Smith is the Records Application Lead for WaterNSW. With an extensive background in Information Management, and a Masters of Information Studies (Records and Archives Management), Jo has been an integral member of the WaterNSW Information Management Team since 2009, involved in the provision of compliant records management systems and processes for WaterNSW. More recently, Jo implemented an integration between Content Manager software and Teams to effectively manage information being created and captured in the Microsoft Teams environment and seamlessly transition documents to Content Manager.
