Matias Madou, Ph.D. is a security expert, researcher, and CTO and co-founder of Secure Code Warrior. With his Ph.D. in static analysis from Ghent University, he joined Fortify, where he came to the realization that it was far too easy to find security problems in code if you never teach the developer how to write secure code in the first place. From there, Secure Code Warrior was born. When he is not at his desk as part of Team Awesome, he enjoys being on stage presenting at conferences including RSA Conference, BlackHat and DefCon.
