Tim Cai has a total of 20 years of experience in the converging IT and telecom industry, having worked in technology companies like Hewlett Packard, Nortel and Fujitsu.

Tim Cai currently holds the position of IT Operations Management solution architect in Micro Focus, supporting customers across the South East Asia market. His main area of focus is to help customers successfully architect and develop hybrid cloud and modern IT Operations solutions that enable them to deliver IT services with reduced cost, faster time-to-market and better business outcome.

Prior to his current role, he has more than a decade experience in consulting to help customer develop value added solutions in the Telecommunication industry.
