Dean has been in the Service management industry for over 20 years, beginning his career in the automotive industry with a number of roles around service support and delivery before moving on to be a Service management consultant in 2005, working with customers and organisations to implement and optimise their service management solutions within HP and Micro Focus. For the last 3 years at Micro Focus, Dean has been part of the Enterprise Service management product management team, with a focus on helping customers and partners get the most out of SMAX.
