Joshua has 45+ years’ experience in participating and leading Transformational Program and 33 years’ experience in providing Strategic Guidance to Executives, Improving IT Operations and Organizational Change. He has worked with many organizations across the world to transform the IT into a High Performance (Digital) Organization.

Joshua held various leadership positions, managed ISO certification programs and several other large programs focused, among other things, on Organizational Improvement and Operational Excellence. In the last few years Joshua became more and more involved with Value Chain Consulting and Service Lifecycle Management consulting organization on DEVOPS, CLOUD, Hybrid IT, AIOps and Service Integration and Management (SIAM).

Joshua has assisted many organizations across the world with their transformation including designing, developing, deploying and internalizing new competencies, thus improving and simplifying the way they operate achieving sustainable business outcomes and high Customer Experience. He is currently chairman of the Micro Focus Community of Practice for Managing of Organizational Change (MOC), leads the WW MOC practice for Professional Services and leads the SIAM and IT4IT practice in APJ.
