Richard is leading the WW PS Hybrid IT/ITOM Portfolio Strategy, engaging with key Hybrid IT customers, and working closely with Micro Focus ITOM Product leadership and sales teams.

Richard joined Micro Focus from HSBC Group Plc where he worked in a variety of senior IT Operations Management positions covering multiple territories and cultures over the last 25 years. During his tenure at HSBC, he was chosen to drive the strategic vision for Infrastructure Delivery while being accountable for business service performance, governance and compliance and risk. He has developed and managed strong relationships with the bank regulators (OCC, Fed and OSFI) and travelled internationally contributing to the digitalization and growth of the bank.

Earlier in his career, Richard was a consultant at Cap Gemini leading strategic client engagements for IT Operations Management/Service Management.

Richard is based out of Chicago, Illinois, USA.
