The project included the migration of 11 million records, decommissioning a prior eDRMS and integration with 7 existing business systems. At a Commonwealth level, Tracy has delivered several information management projects including the development of a series of Records Authorities to govern the management, retention and disposal of core business records. The standard of Tracy’s submissions resulted in an Australia Day Impact Award in 2013 for the development of Comcare’s Work Health & Safety Records Authority. Currently the Corporate Information Manager at Metro North, Tracy’s focus is on enhancing information management governance and processes through adopting risk-based approaches within a complex technological landscape.
