Converting compliance challenges into opportunities | Leverage your data assets to expand your business
Corporate fragmentation, energy fragility, inflation, data minefields, hacking, political instability, regulation overload. In our view, Financial Institutions are experiencing multiple challenges presented not only by the economic environment and COVID, but also the inevitable policy and security destabilisation caused by data mayhem and regulation.

During this 1-hour discussion, we will not only discuss recent lessons learned in business advancement but will also engage you in some stimulated innovation. We will also focus on the agility of Financial Institutions to optimise their data assets for business expansion.

Key take aways from this session include learning about:

  • How destabilizing market forces can be exploited for corporate advantage.
  • How over-regulated financial institutions can make a virtue of necessity through “smart compliance.”
  • How competitiveness can be increased through secure data analysis and interrogation—for both defence of intellectual property as well as expanded business acquisition.
  • How you can achieve greater customer loyalty by making CRM a working asset, not just a database
  • Validate your current strategy, address the realistic challenges facing you, and devise innovation to advance your corporation into the future.
