Join Greenlight for this 3-day workshop leveraging GreenLight ITOpS as-a-Service Platform. GreenLight provides a number of core IT Management Solutions as a Service, via GreenLight’s SaaS Platform. This HANDS-ON workshop will allow each participant to perform common, technically-advanced tasks, leveraging solutions available on the GreenLight ITOps SaaS platform. Each participant will receive their own lab environment and work through key use cases that every IT organization can utilize.

Required hardware: A modern laptop with and HTML5-enabled web browser (recent versions of Chrome, Edge, etc.)

When: Wednesday, April 20, 2022

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. PDT

  • Enable automated discovery of the integrated AWS environment & discover deployed cloud resources
  •  Manage "day 2" activities (startup/shutdown a cloud compute resource) via self service enterprise service catalog
  •  Configure Maintenance windows for the discovered cloud resources

Day 3:

When: Thursday, April 21, 2022

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. PDT

Specific Tasks/Use Cases That Will Be Executed By Each Attendant

  • Create Incident using native CI auto-detection against the discovered cloud resource(s)
  •  Escalate Incident into change order, and move into schedule phase.
  •  Use Change Calendar to adjust the change order schedule to be inside of predefined maintenance window.
