Bill Li曾任新竹科學園區中強光電科長、沛恆半導體科長、漢陽半導體副理。後來任職敦陽科技產品經理，負責半導體安全專案及銀行資安專案；Authenex產品開發副經理，負責HP、渣打、泰航、雙日等專案。擅長CCIE、CEH、CISSP、PMP、Foundstone hacking，擁有軟體保護設備及網頁雙向認證設備兩項專利。畢業於交通大學資產管理研究所及東海大學企業管理系。
Bill Li worked as the section chief of Zhongqiang Optoelectronics in Hsinchu Science and Technology Park, the section chief of Peiheng Semiconductor, and the associate manager of Hanyang Semiconductor. Then he served as product manager of Dunyang Technology, responsible for semiconductor security projects and bank information security projects; and Authenex product development associate manager, responsible for HP, Standard Chartered, Thai Airways, and Sojitz projects. His special expertise is CCIE, CEH, CISSP, PMP, foundstone hacking, and has two patents for software protection equipment and web page two-way authentication equipment. He graduated from the Asset Management Institute of Jiaotong University and the Business Management Department of Tunghai University.
