Ray is a local Technical Presales Consultant for Dev, Test across the Micro Focus Application Delivery Management (ADM) suite of software covering the Australia region. Rays background incorporates some 25+ years in the dev, Test and Application Delivery Management products.  His background also extends back to the Mercury Best practices delivery teams for the APJ region and is well versed in the industry-leading solutions to help organisations accelerate their application delivery and ensure quality at every stage of the application lifecycle. 

Ray is responsible for driving out technical solutions and assisting customers with architecture and positioning of the ADM portfolio through the planning and execution of the regional strategy. This involves the alignment of the Sales, Pre-sales delivery and often enablement across the partner ecosystem to ensure consistent value delivery to our customers. 

While Ray has returned to Micro Focus (only been in this role for less than 1 year), his prior experience has had him working in the HPE Partner ecosystem (9 Years) focusing on the ADM suite of products. In the past 15 years, Ray has performed various roles covering management, pre-sales activities and strategic tools consulting and product training for customers in Australia.  He has also worked externally as a performance test consultant for some 10 years on the open market and is well versed in the challenges that exist in the performance testing space.

Ray has developed strong consulting skills in areas such as DevOps, Agile, and Continuous Testing & Delivery, bringing business value to a wide range of enterprise organisations and government agencies across both mature and emerging markets in the APJ region. 

Ray holds bachelor degrees in Software Engineering and Business Management from the Federation University, Victoria, and is currently based in Melbourne.

Priyank Sharma is an application delivery specialist at Micro Focus and is responsible for assisting Micro Focus customers through their digital transformation journey.

Over the length of his career he has worked with organisations and across industry verticals helping them solve problems  in many diverse areas such as Software Delivery , Application lifecycle management, and DevOps practices.

John Davison is a Presales Consultant at Micro Focus working across the Application Delivery Management portfolio of software. John has been with HPE/Micro Focus for 12 years previously working in Product Engineering teams before moving to his current role in the Presales team.

Bharath works with many organisations across Australia and New Zealand to realise efficiencies across their application development and quality assurance processes. 

Bharath has well over 20 years’ experience in delivering as well as contributing to the development of testing practices and methodologies to industries verticals such as Banking and Finance, Telecommunications, Government, Transportation and Retail. He has a proven track record in delivering, managing and consulting on all application quality aspects, such as:
